FUCKTOYS

Set in the alternate universe of Trashtown (but filmed in the American South), Annapurna Sriram’s debut feature film FUCKTOYS is a surrealist queer black comedy about a young woman on a mission to break a curse. Throughout a chaotic 24-hour journey, the protagonist (and her compatriots) navigate the intersecting oppressive systems of capitalism that make hustlers out of us all in pursuit of a spiritual, if not ecstatic, release of the body and soul.
